Let us introduce you to one of your neighbors. This is Steve.
You may not know Steve, but you have a lot in common. Like you, Steve knows the value of a dollar. Like you, Steve takes pride in his ability to take care of himself and his family. Unlike you, Steve suffered from sudden cardiac arrest; his heart stopped beating and he was clinically dead. Steve was brought back to life by an automated external defibrillator (AED). Sudden cardiac arrest strikes men, women and children of all ages. It doesn’t discriminate, and warning signs are minimal or non-existent.
You are my hero.
You’re one of those unusual people who don’t just feel sorry for people who experience sudden cardiac arrest — you do something about it. Your record of compassionate giving makes New Mexico a better place every day.
Never forget: Automated external defibrillators can save lives.
You can help keep hearts beating in New Mexico this #GivingTuesday by supporting our Project Pulse AED Program. Click here to go to our donation page. One hundred percent of your donation stays in New Mexico. Giving Tuesday is much more than one day in November. It’s an opportunity for you to give back throughout the year.
Thank you for your continued support and generosity!
